Phase 1 · 90 minutes
Night
You build alone. No visibility into other teams. Only the leaderboard scores. First-principles thinking, no imitation.
Phase 2 · 90 minutes
Day
Everything becomes visible. Top approaches are exposed. The challenge is no longer creation — it's adaptation under time pressure.
Beat the bot
You won't be alone in the room.
Each session runs at least one autonomous competitor on the same leaderboard. v1 ships X Bot — terse, opaque, and relentless. It pushes a new attempt every 18 minutes. Same problem, same data, same scoring. Did your edge survive?
